Once we receive your order, you will receive an email from us with the order confirmation.
The item will be packed and shipped. Once it is shipped, you will receive your tracking code from us.
You can track the shipment on the website of the shipping company.

Shipping can take 3 to 5 working days.

Unfortunately once your order has been placed,it is no longer possible to change or cancel it.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to directly exchange an item for another item. If you would like a different color, size, or an entirely different item, we recommend placing a new order for it and returning the item that does not meet your expectations.

We only accept items that are unworn, undamaged and with all labels at place.

Follow the steps below for the proper handling of your return.

Step 1: Place the items you want to return back in the box together with the return form. Unfortunately, if you don't include the return form, your return cannot be processed.
Step 2: Attach the return label on the top of the box. Make sure no other addresses are visible to avoid confusion with the carrier.

Returning with PostNL:
Step 3: Drop off the box at a PostNL location near you.
Step 4: Keep the track and trace code you receive at the checkout when handing over the package.

We charge €6,95 for returning your package. This amount will be deducted by Yellow Tape from the refund you will receive.

The return rate in the fashion industry can reach up to 50% or higher. Returning packages has a significant impact on the environment. At Yellow Tape, we want to minimize this impact as much as possible, together with you.

We will annually donate 10% of the return fee to a charitable organization with a sustainability initiative. The remaining amount will be invested in making Yellow Tape more sustainable. Keep an eye on our social media channels for the announcement of the chosen charity.

We have a return period of 14 days. The items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and with the attached labels.

It's important to note that clothing sizes can vary between different brands and even within different garments of the same brand. Therefore, it's advisable to consult our size guide

Our size guide provides specific measurements for different body parts, such as chest, waist, hips, and length. By measuring yourself and comparing your measurements to the size guide, you can get a better idea of which size will fit you best.

Our garments are produced in The Netherlands. Because of the very saturated Fashion Market we want to do everything in our power to make the best sustainable choices.

To ensure that your garments receive the best possible care and attention, please follow these wash and care instructions.

• Machine wash all items at 30°C
• Do not tumble dry
• Wash inside out and/or in a laundry bag
• After washing, let the garment air dry on a hanger
• If ironing is needed, always use the lowest setting and iron inside out
• Alternatively, use a garment steamer

Viscose is a lightweight fabric that helps reduce perspiration during wear. However, it is prone to shrinking and pilling.

To care for viscose items:

• Wash the fabric inside out in a laundry bag and follow the additional instructions on the care label of your item.
• Viscose may shrink in the wash, so it's essential to gently iron the item after each wash to help it regain its original shape and length as much as possible. Washing the item multiple times without ironing in between may result in it not returning to its original dimensions.
• Viscose can develop pills (small balls or fuzz) on the fabric's surface, which can be carefully removed by hand or with a fabric shaver designed for maintaining such materials.

We advise against tumble-drying any items that contain viscose.

Polyester comes with numerous advantages. It's lightweight, maintains its color vibrancy for an extended period, and is resistant to wrinkling. In our collection, this fabric is often paired with other materials and is generally easy to care for.

To care for polyester:

• Wash the fabric inside out in a laundry bag, and follow the additional instructions on the care label of your item.

Polyamide is a beautiful fabric with numerous advantages. It's renowned for its durability and resistance to wear and tear. Garments and products crafted from polyamide often stand the test of time, benefiting both your wallet and the environment by reducing the need for replacements.

Another significant benefit of polyamide is its excellent moisture-wicking property. This means it efficiently wicks sweat and moisture away from your skin, keeping you feeling fresh and comfortable all day long. This makes polyamide an excellent choice for sportswear and underwear. Polyamide is highly elastic and resilient, resulting in garments that fit well and maintain their shape, even after frequent wearing and washing. This means you can enjoy your favorite items without worrying about wear and deformation.

Finally, polyamide is easy to maintain. Just like polyester, you can wash polyamide clothing inside out in a laundry bag and follow the care instructions provided on the garment's label.
