It's not possible to exchange an item directly for another item. If you would like a different color, size, or an entirely different item, we recommend placing a new order for it and returning the item that you want to exchange.

We only accept items that are unworn, undamaged and with all labels at place.

The return rate in the fashion industry, in the Netherlands only, can reach up to 40% or higher. Returning packages has a significant impact on the environment. At Yellow Tape HQ, we want to minimize this impact as much as possible, together with you.
